About Unity Productions Foundation



Unity Productions Foundation (UPF) is a non-profit 501(c)3 educational foundation dedicated to the mission of working through the media to enhance peace by supplying programming that improves understanding among the world’s diverse spiritual traditions.

Within this mission, our focus is to create greater understanding of who Muslims are within a wider historical or social context.

We produce high quality films intended to educate and entertain large national and international audiences and become the centerpiece for well designed outreach programs in classrooms, museums, community organizations, and public institutions.

Our first production was the documentary film, Muhammad: Legacy of a Prophet, which aired nationally on PBS on December 18, 2002 and was awarded a 2004 Cine Award for Best Professional Documentary in its category.

Our vision is to be a catalyst for ending the "Clash of Civilizations."
